A few Courtesy Tips

  • We like our Clients to feel as if they are our only Client but reality is, we have many Clients. We try to advise all Clients when Events are coming up but hick ups happen. Please allow 24 hours for your Planner to respond as we will ask for other Clients to do the same during your Event.
  • Our Planners have Families, we get sick and we have spouses. We like to be open 24/7 but sometimes, we simply must take a day off to keep us refreshed for Our Events & Clients. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond if there is a delay.
  • We are professionals, we are licensed & insured. Please trust that we know what to do and please do not take offense when we seem calm or trying to calm you down. We simply do this for a living and we know how to handle things in all aspects. Keep calm, We are Wedding Planners.
  • As Planners, we must know about every avenue of your wedding. Flowers, photographer, music, ETC. We understand your Vision and we will make it happen but things may look different as once everything is in place, we may need to change to “balance” your wedding out. Keep calm, You Will Love it.
  • We have our Preferred Vendors and we meet some amazing Vendors along the way. Whether you use one of our Vendors or your own, please do not hold Allen Event Planners liable for your Vendors’ mishaps. We simply try to calm the situation and provide a resolution on your behalf but your Signed contract is with your Vendor.
  • Please read your Contract and provide accurate feedback on what you need from Your Planner. There is a limit, per the terms of your Custom Contract with us. Additional Services, research and time will result in additional fees. We like to know exactly what you need for your wedding so we can a lot the appropriate time & Planner to your Event.
  • If you hire us as your Day Planner, Please note, we are your Day Planner. We do stand out from other companies on what we provide but we offer a wide range of custom packages to fit your needs with the Appropriate Planner so all Clients get Equal time. For Complete access to all Planner benefits, please elect the Complete Planner packages.
  • If your Wedding is booked more than 12 months out and your contract is for a Day Planner, please note that we will provide Vendors for you to but, we are your Day Planner. For Complete access to All Planner benefits, Please elect the Complete Planner Packages.
  • Please refer to your My Wedding Workbook Checklist for all things listed pertaining to your Wedding. We offer guidance but the purpose of the checklist embedded in your Workbook is for reference for you to decide on what you want for your wedding day.
  • We are a company with Staff Members. At any time that you call our Main office and someone other than your assigned Planner answers, they are fully capable of gathering the information that you need regarding your Event as we all run on the same database and we all have access to your Digital files on our network. In efforts to allow our Staff days off, we alternate Our Business line and Email responses. Once your Event Planner has been assigned, please use their direct telephone number that is provided to you for a faster response and again, please allow 24 hours if there is a delay in our return call or email.
